          We have your back under our warranty. This means that we will take care of your pieces for two years from the date of purchase if there is any damage to the material or craftsmanship of the jewellery. Simply contact us, and we will collaborate to find a solution.

          Return Policy

          We hope that you love your EVE Jewellery pieces, however if this is not the case, we will refund any item you are unhappy with if returned to us in its original, intact condition within 14 days from when you received it.

          Kindly note, due to hygiene and safety considerations, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for earrings.
